When will my order ship?
Standard jewelry and accessory orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business days. Please note that our exclusive Lucky Dip Box requires extra care in curation and usually ships within 2 business days. To ensure swift dispatch and a seamless experience, we do not currently offer packing videos.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your destination:
✦ North America & UK: 5-9 business days
✦ East Asia: Approximately 1 week
✦ Rest of the World: 2-3 weeks
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our studio so you can monitor its journey.

Our collections are primarily crafted from premium tarnish-proof steel with gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating, alongside select pieces in 18k/14k gold or rhodium-plated brass.
