Order Processing Time

All standard jewelry and accessory orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Lucky Dip Box orders require extra care in curation and typically ship within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We are delighted to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $90. For orders under $90, shipping rates & time will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our 3-Day Guarantee

We want you to completely fall in love with your Yann & Co. pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your standard purchase, we accept returns within 72 hours of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

✦ Final Sale Items & Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Additionally, due to the curated nature of our products, all Lucky Dip Box sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Lucky Dip Box items, but we guarantee the retail value inside every box exceeds the purchase price.

Exchange:

To ensure you receive your new piece as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, the most efficient method is to initiate a standard return for your original item and place a new, separate order for your desired style or size. Please note that standard shipping rates will apply if your replacement order falls below our $90 complimentary shipping threshold.

To help you find your perfect piece the first time, we highly encourage you to review our detailed product descriptions and sizing references carefully. If you ever feel uncertain about a specific size, color, or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order—we are always here and happy to guide you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email our concierge team at support@shopyann.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are NOT liable for returns sent without tracking or for packages lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Quality is our signature, and all of our pieces are carefully inspected before being packaged. If your item arrives defective, has been damaged in transit, or if you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us immediately at support@shopyann.com.

To help us speed up the process and resolve this issue for you, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item received (or the package and its contents, if an item is missing) within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note: if more than 24 hours have passed since the delivery date, we will be unable to assist. Any damage will be considered as misuse by the buyer, and claims for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that original shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes included in the shipping fee or paid during checkout, are strictly non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to logistics providers and customs authorities to ensure the smooth delivery of your order.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
