Exclusive & Unreleased: The pieces in your box are made with the same materials and care as the items in our regular storefront. To keep the unboxing exciting, no more than 10% of your box will contain items currently listed on our main storefront. The rest will be unreleased designs, color variations, or archived styles.
Sizing & Materials

Tailored Sizing: While most of the rings and bangles in our collection are adjustable, we still require your ring size just in case a specific-sized piece is drawn for you. To save you time, we’ll automatically estimate your bracelet size based on your ring size. (Unsure of your fit? Check our Size Guide).

Material Note: Our jewelry consists of stainless steel and gold/rhodium-plated brass. You may leave a note at checkout if you have material concerns. However, due to changing inventory levels, we cannot guarantee all custom restrictions can be accommodated. If we are unable to safely fulfill your order based on these limits, the order may be canceled.

Cancellations: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting support@shopyann.com. After 24 hours, orders are locked for fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
