What materials do you use? Will they tarnish? +

Our collections are primarily crafted from premium tarnish-proof steeal which is high quality steel plated with gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). A small portion of our produacts are crafted from gold or rhodium-plated brass. Unlike solid fine gold, no plated or steel jewelry is entirely tarnish-proof forever. However, we intentionally select these materials for their distinct qualities.

We predominantly use premium steel for our pieces because it offers exceptional durability and a high resistance to tarnishing and rusting. While our gold and rhodium-plated brass pieces are more sensitive to water, moisture, and sweat, this base metal allows us to craft intricate silhouettes and achieve a radiant, luxurious luster.

With mindful wear and by following our simple care instructions, you can easily protect the plating and significantly extend the brilliance and lifespan of your pieces.

Can I wear my Yann & Co. pieces every day? +

Absolutely! Most of our pieces, particularly our stainless steel designs, are thoughtfully crafted for exceptional durability and lasting color retention.

However, please keep our general product care guidance in mind. Because sweat naturally contains salt—one of the primary causes of metal corrosion—daily wear does require a little extra love. If you choose to wear your pieces every day, we recommend periodically giving them a gentle rinse with fresh water.

Simply allow them to air dry completely in a well-ventilated space before safely storing them away. This effortless habit will significantly extend the brilliance of your everyday favorites.

How should I care for my jewelry? +
To maintain the brilliance of your Yann & Co. pieces, we recommend keeping them away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and water. Store them in the provided pouch or a lined jewelry box when not in use, and gently clean them with a soft, dry cloth.However, please avoid over-polishing, as excessive wiping can prematurely wear away the delicate plating.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? +

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $90. For orders under $90, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. To confirm if your region is within our delivery network, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

When will my order ship? +
Standard jewelry and accessory orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Please note that our exclusive Lucky Dip Box requires extra care in curation and usually ship within 3 business days.
Can I cancel my order? +

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind.Please contact support@shopyann.com within 24 hours of placement of your order.

If you simply notice an error in your order details (such as an incorrect shipping address or wrong item variant), there is no need to cancel. Just reach out to our concierge team within this 24-hour window, and we will gladly update the information for you. To ensure a seamless experience, we highly recommend double-checking all details before finalizing your purchase.

Should you still wish to proceed with a full cancellation, please note that a 1.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the non-refundable transaction charges imposed directly by our payment providers. Once the 24-hour window has passed or your order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to process a cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on unworn, standard items within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange a Lucky Dip Box? +
Due to the curated and surprise nature of our products, all Lucky Dip Boxes sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Lucky Dip Boxes. However, we guarantee that the retail value of the items inside will always exceed the price you paid.
Are there any other items that cannot be returned? +
Yes. For strict hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
