A small portion of our produacts are crafted from gold or rhodium-plated brass. Unlike solid fine gold, no plated or steel jewelry is entirely tarnish-proof forever. However, we intentionally select these materials for their distinct qualities.

We predominantly use premium steel for our pieces because it offers exceptional durability and a high resistance to tarnishing and rusting. While our gold and rhodium-plated brass pieces are more sensitive to water, moisture, and sweat, this base metal allows us to craft intricate silhouettes and achieve a radiant, luxurious luster.

If you choose to wear your pieces every day, we recommend periodically giving them a gentle rinse with fresh water.

Store them in the provided pouch or a lined jewelry box when not in use, and gently clean them with a soft, dry cloth.However, please avoid over-polishing, as excessive wiping can prematurely wear away the delicate plating.

Should you still wish to proceed with a full cancellation, please note that a 1.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the non-refundable transaction charges imposed directly by our payment providers. We accept returns on unworn, standard items within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
