Warranty Periods

• Premium Steel Jewelry: Protected by a 10-month warranty.
• Brass-Based Jewelry: Protected by a 2-month warranty.
• The Lucky Dip Box: Because these curated boxes contain a mix of materials offered at an exceptional discount, all pieces within the box are covered by a standard 2-month warranty.Please note that warranty claims for the Lucky Dip Box are processed on an individual item basis, rather than for the box as a whole.

What is Covered

Our warranty exclusively covers tarnishing (unnatural color fading) that occurs despite following our product care guidelines.

What is NOT Covered

We kindly note that our warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear or improper care. The following are strictly excluded:

• Minor, everyday surface scratches.
• Accidental breakage, snapped chains, or bent posts.
• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Physical wear or deep scratches on the plated finish that reveal the base metal underneath.
