Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All standard jewelry and accessory orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We are delighted to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days (Available at checkout)

Return & Exchange Policy
Our 3-Day Guarantee
We want you to completely fall in love with your Yann & Co. pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your standard purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
✦ Final Sale Items & Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email our concierge team at support@shopyann.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
Quality is our signature. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect, and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you immediately.
